It also helps us stay aligned with our company goals and positions us to adapt to changing circumstances effectively. 

Our team even adopted an educational and fun game called “reframing,” where we transform negative situations into opportunities for growth or positive outcomes. Holding space for these critical conversations enables teams to develop resilience and shows teams that their feelings and health are of paramount importance. 

Especially at an expanding international team like PQE Group, it’s crucial to keep teams on the same page with transparency and strong communication. Although we may all hail from different regions, I treat everyone as if they are in the same room and maintain an open exchange with team members worldwide. A great way to share insights and channel them into transformative solutions is via a bottom-up idea flow. 

When ideas flow from the team to the leader instead of vice versa, it actively encourages employees to think critically and work together to develop new concepts. My personal leadership style gives my team more freedom to complete tasks and projects independently. While I work and assist as a coordinator, budget allocator, and project manager, I largely allow my team to complete assignments independently and with their own expertise.
