Talking PQE Group on Leadership Podcast

Check out my feature on the Domus Search Leadership podcast with Matt Grady – a show that focuses on international leaders in biotech, pharmaceuticals, and medical device technology. We discussed a variety of topics, from PQE Group’s sustainability goals and effective cybersecurity solutions to how we can localize activities and provide services around the world (even in times of turmoil) when our competitors cannot.

I enjoyed explaining the various advantages of doing business with PQE Group – one of which is our ability to provide our clients with quality services no matter the time or location. Investing in subsidiaries and expanding our offices and team internationally has been our priority, and we have reaped the benefits tenfold. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies that didn’t have local entities in other countries couldn’t do business – but we were able to because we were already there!

PQE Group also stands out simply because of the quality of standards we hold and offer for our services and products on a global scale. For example, if one of our customers in Europe wants to approach the U.S. market, they require our support to make sure that the production, manufacturing process, and everything in between remains compliant with regulations. This is crucial because you must undergo an inspection based on where you want to sell your products, and the rules vary widely depending on location. If you manufacture your product in Germany or Europe, then a U.S. FDA  inspector will come to evaluate your facility before giving the green light to release a product. If clients have not undergone these processes before, it can be very overwhelming, which is why we at PQE Group ensure that you have all the necessary information and boxes checked to avoid hefty fines and begin your business.

We work in the same way with our clients to protect their online data and information from the growing threat of cybersecurity attacks. We have a very strong protection unit in PQE and work diligently against the increasing attacks we see against the Italian government, the healthcare system, and other sectors around the planet. I believe FDA and other authority guidelines will be beneficial if they make sure that cybersecurity is something that they are also going to be looking for in their inspections. The best way to fix a cyber hack is to stop it before it ever starts!

Another element of our team that makes us unique is the priority and value we place on diversity and inclusion. Our culturally-driven mindset has attracted top talent worldwide because people are searching for a workplace where they feel safe and welcomed. PQE Group provides an atmosphere of acceptance and compassion while fighting against discrimination of all kinds, which has aided in our expansion, operations, and overall success.

A big thanks to Matt for giving me the opportunity to speak about the industry and the ways that we are helping to shape digital and healthcare innovation in life sciences. We are very busy at PQE Group with exciting things ahead! I look forward to seeing how our continued expansion will propel PQE Group forward.
